What you can expect when an order ships. Method names, charges, and estimates shown at checkout are the source of truth for each order.
Shipping methods
Available shipping methods are selected at checkout. Labels and options match what the store has enabled for your cart.
Delivery expectations
Any estimated delivery window is shown with the shipping method at checkout. This page does not add separate delivery promises.
Tracking
After a shipment is created and tracking details are added to your order, they appear on the order page in your account. Tracking is not available until that information is present.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges (including any free-shipping rules) are calculated at checkout and shown before you place the order.
